To ensure a comfortable stay during the 4th Global Summit on Diamond Open Access, the Local Organizing Committee has partnered with selected hotels near the conference venue.

Complimentary Shuttle: The organizing committee will operate scheduled morning and evening shuttles between designated 4-star and 3-star partner hotels and the main conference venue.
Walking Proximity: Hotels located within 800 meters of the venue feature well-lit, accessible pedestrian walkways.

Alternative Accommodation & Booking Tips

Online Booking Platforms: Participants are also welcome to book via international travel sites (such as Booking.com, Agoda, or Traveloka). However, special summit perks (such as shuttle stops or flexible cancellation terms negotiated by the committee) only apply to direct partner hotel bookings.
Check-in & Check-out Policies: Standard hotel check-in time across Indonesia is typically 14:00 (2:00 PM), and check-out is at 12:00 (12:00 PM). Early check-in requests should be communicated directly to the hotel reception prior to arrival.
Taxes & Service Fees: Published rates on international platforms may exclude the standard 10–11% government VAT and service charges unless explicitly stated.
