Call for Proposals & Posters

Call for Proposals & Posters

The Scientific Committee of the 4th Global Summit on Diamond Open Access invites scholarly communications practitioners, journal editors, institutional leaders, open infrastructure developers, librarians, and researchers worldwide to submit proposals for presentations and scientific posters.

We welcome empirical studies, practical case studies, policy evaluations, and technological demonstration projects that advance non-commercial, community-driven scholarly publishing.

  • Consortial funding, cooperative publishing models, and national open access mandates.
  • Aligning national assessment policies with the UNESCO Recommendation on Open Science.

  • Publishing in national and indigenous languages while maintaining global discoverability.
  • Mitigating regional biases in international indexing systems.
  • Strategies against predatory commercial takeovers in the Global South.

Track 4: Responsible Research Assessment Reform
